The Hard Top is designed to fit most standard sized 6×4 and 7×4 trailers. The internal dimensions (measured from the inside of the plastic flange that wraps around your trailer) is:

6×4: 1865mm x 1295mm

7×4: 2155mm x 1295mm

REDUCED WIND RESISTANCE

The Hard Top’s aerodynamic shape reduces wind resistance giving you more driving stability and a safer ride. The profile of the Hard Top mimics that of the front of a vehicle and is inspired from modern aircraft design.

TOUGH AND RIGID

The Hard Top is strong and rigid and will protect your load no matter what environmental conditions are thrown at it. Made from Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile the Hard Top has great dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and can perform under various temperatures. The material is UV protected providing great weather-ability and heat resistance.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND ERGONOMIC

At just 17kg the Hard Top is light, strong & manageable. The Trailer Cover has been designed utilising anthropometric data of Australian adults to ensure everything is an easy reach.

TRAILER PROTECTION

Many trailers rust from the inside due to leaves breaking down in them and releasing corrosive acid. The Hard Top when correctly installed prevents moisture build-up inside your trailer. Also the Hard Top will protect your precious goods making it great for recreational activities like camping.

The Hard Top can be hinged, strutted, locked & sealed. We can provide you with expert advice on adding accessories to your trailer cover.

One of the great advantages of the Hard Top trailer cover is the ability to quickly access goods at any time without having to continuously untie and tie your trailer. With just one person the Hard Top can be removed or put on in a matter of minutes making it easy to load large items. When strutted from either the back or the sides the Hard Top acts as a great lid which gives your items the protection they need without compromising access.

MADE FROM RECYCLED PLASTICS

The Hard Top is made from 100% recycled plastics making it great for the environment. Not only that the Hard Top can be recycled at the end of its life.

Charcoal grey is currently only available on the 7×4 Hard Top trailer cover.

INCREASED INTERNAL LOAD

The Hard Top increases your internal load height by up to 300mm which compares favourably to netting solutions.

LAW COMPLIANT

Did you know that you can be fined $500 for not covering your load of waste or goods? The Hard Top fully complies with ‘Cover your load’ regulations which include OHS laws and clause 49c of the Protection of the Environment Operations Waste regulation 2005. Every year Australian’s are injured or killed in crashes caused by uncovered and unrestrained loads.
