We designed the Hard Top to fit most standard sized 6×4 and 7×4 trailers. The internal dimensions (measured from the inside of the plastic flange that wraps around your trailer) is:

6×4:1865mm x 1295mm
7×4: 2155mm x 1295mm

So the length and width of your trailer should be less than this dimension. Obviously you don’t wan the trailer to be too loose a fit, however by putting in some insulating foam around the inside rim of the Hard Top trailer cover will reduce this distance and might make the Hard Top a perfect fit.

The Hard Top Trailer Cover is just the plastic shell however be sure to add on our accessory pack if you plan on locking and strutting your Hard Top.

No. We haven’t tested the Hard Top under these aerodynamic conditions and we don’t recommend anyone tries this. We hold no warranty if people try unorthodox/unsafe methods of utilizing the trailer cover. If you are ever unsure we recommend you ask us first.

Yes, you must ensure the Hard Top is secured to your trailer somehow. This can be done using rope using mounting holes we have moulded into the design or you can hinge or lever the Hard Top onto your trailer using locks.

The Hard Top is manufactured using thick UV resistant plastic. Since we have started manufacturing the Hard Top we haven’t had any Hard Top’s returned because of structural damage; the Hard Top is extremely durable.
